They deserve our maximum attention, which we can ensure by knowing who they are, what is happening to them and by being able to offer them a product or service that they truly need. They encompass campaign management, direct marketing support, archive of documents, and analysis for the highest levels of decision making as well as other, useful philosophies. The potential for a situation in which no one knows what is happening or what has happened suddenly becomes very unlikely.
In cases where the business model allows for it, we can even decide on an extranet – an area within the framework of our business information system, to which our clients have access. In this case they will have access to the latest information, documents and materials that on the one hand can simplify our work, and on the other hand can improve our reputation.
A customer is very hard to acquire and even harder to keep. Perhaps it isn’t that hard after all?
